A Pathfinder is someone who proactively creates an ambitious and attractive future.

In order to fulfill the most ambitious landmark events in an organisation it is essential for a leader to master personal leadership. That is because human beings naturally follow the person who believes in him/herself and his/her goals. The Pathfinder Programme gives you the self-insight and ability to lead both yourself and others as a totally trustworthy human being.

As a Pathfinder
  • You master personal leadership. You take responsibility for yourself and listen to your creativity, intuition and bodily signals.
  • You gain access to your potential and your resources.
  • You think and act proactively and in accordance with your values.
  • You get the courage to establish clear and ambitious goals and to create consensus and commitment in your team.
  • You create clarity in terms of: roles, strategy, goals and concrete business plans.
  • You acknowledge the diversity of human beings, so you can listen and coach the best possible behaviour out of others.

What does it take to become a Pathfinder?
To become a Pathfinder you must have the desire to work with total motivation towards your own personal development, the desire to discover your potential and to develop new resources in yourself, which you can use both in your job and your private life. To undergo a Pathfinder training is to undergo a professional and personal development process.
