The Pathfinder Programme is an existential training and development course for leaders. The focus is on leadership as opposed to management, particularly on personal leadership.

Today there are 1300 trained Pathfinders, spread over more than 200 companies, 10 countries and three different continents. For example, there are Pathfinder leaders in: SEAS-NVE, NNE Pharmaplan, Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, Lego, KMD, The Royal Theatre, TDC, Pressalit, Jyske Bankand many other organisations.



Authentic leadership
The success of the Pathfinder Programme has much to do with the fact that Pathfinders are amazingly good at creating change and ambitious results in their organisations. That is because those people on the Pathfinder Programme have encountered a varied, forward-looking paradigm for leadership, while attaining deep personal insight and a clear vision of what they want and the best way to get it. Not only in terms of relationships and projects in their respective organisations, but also in terms of their private lives.

A journey begins...
The Pathfinder Programme is a multi-facetted odyssey towards the development of personal leadership. It is a long voyage of discovery, which guides the participants through an unusual mix of: practical resources and methods; centuries-old wisdom from a variety of “native cultures”; techniques and training methods as employed by the elite of the armed forces and the sports world; and new paradigms from the fields of recognition theory, leadership, coaching, architecture, music and the circus. But everything is focused on a single goal: to enrich and develop the participant as both a human being and a leader, so they create for themselves an attractive and ambitious future, not only for the organisation, but also for themselves.
