Programmes - Pathfinder Implement

Many Pathfinders have asked us for programmes that focus on the implementation of the Pathfinder philosophy in a company setting after a manager or management team have taken a Pathfinder course.  We work exclusively with companies that have Pathfinders at the head of their organisation or departments as this gives the implementation of the Pathfinder philosophy the best chances of success.

We organise, coach and manage courses for management teams and executive boards, departments and teams. The courses and working methods depend very much on each individual organisation’s wishes and requirements. We describe the project and set its objectives in partnership with the management team concerned, and we usually work with the team for an extended period of time. Our starting point is to coach first-rate managers to realise their potential, become even better managers and thereby achieve even better results – both as individuals and as a team. The objective is also to coach the team towards the best possible realisation of ambitious and strategic goals.

Pathfinder Enforce (previously Pathfinder Trails) in particular is an intensive development programme which is ideal for implementing the Pathfinder philosophy in companies, departments and teams where a manager or management team are Pathfinders. Pathfinder Enforce provides a basic theoretical and practical understanding of the essence of the Pathfinder philosophy. Pathfinder Enforce can be tailored in many different ways to adapt it to each Pathfinder company’s wishes and requirements.
