Master Class is a superstructure of the Pathfinder program, which is ready to set new goals and intensify the personal development you have started as a Pathfinder. It is a course consisting of five ambitious, surprising, and energising course modules with an effect that will reach far into the future.
Master Class may be taken as one joint course, or one Master Class at a time. Both variants work well, but we recommend that you select the entire course due to the built-in synergy and the network value experience by the participants. So you decide the pace yourself, and select the modules that are suited to your calendar – and not least – to where you are in life.
Opus – ”check points” between each Master Class
As introduction to each Master Class, you will be invited to an Opus day. These meetings aim at binding each of the modules together, working with each participant’s own premises, and achieving greatest possible effect of the next Master Class.
At the Opus meetings, we gather central concepts from the previous Master Class and provide an intensive introduction to the most important elements of the next one. That way, the teaching from the previous course will be connected to the next one, and you will learn how the benefit of the previous course is turned into practice in the other participants' organisations. The Opus meetings are also “check points” where you evaluate your work from the previous Master Class and ensure that you may implement your plans and reach your goals before you continue to the next Master Class
The Opus days will be an experience in themselves, and far more than just an update or a connecting link. They will also act as team-building, so that the group that gets together at the next Master Class will have an effective start, strengthening the network between the Pathfinders from previous and future Master Classes.
Pathfinders only
In order to participate in Master Class, you must have completed the Pathfinder program, since the 4 modules are based on this.
The four Master Classes will each in their own way intensify the uncovering of your strongest potential as human being and leader. In other words, you will explore – and get closer to – whom you really are, when you are your natural self. These are powerful insights, and the journey there is strewn with hard work on i.e. your integrity, your conduct and your higher goals. But you will also in depth into your relationships with other people, through reflection and communication, based on yourself as natural leader. The more effort you invest – in each of the Master Classes as well as between them – the more you will benefit from the program.
Natural Leadership covers two years, with approx. 6 months between each course. Each Master Class constitutes a very compact course of 3-4 days, where theory quickly and effectively will be turned into practice. With reflection, you can implement the teaching.
