Do you want to maintain and restore the energy you experienced in yourself and other participants? Then the Leadership Unlimited Network (previously the Pathfinder Network) is the place for you. Here you have the chance to meet other Pathfinders and together you will be able to mobilise your power and transform your intentions into action that will make a striking difference in your organisation and your personal life.
The Network has three aims: To extend the learning space from the Pathfinder Programme, to find new inspiration and theories and to exchange experiences. The annual participation fee is

A special Pathfinder forum
The unifying principle in Leadership Unlimited is to explore how the way in which we function as people and leaders manifests itself. You will be able to develop your personal leadership skills further by regularly inspiring and being inspired by other Pathfinders.
At network meetings we work intensively on Pathfinder themes such as personal leadership, coaching, high performance teambuilding, proactive planning, presencing, Indian philosophy and other familiar topics from the training programme. The same time, we introduce new knowledge, theories and methods which provide another perspective on the insights and experiences we have already gained.
An essential aspect of Leadership Unlimited is to exchange personal experiences and to tell stories about how we use the Pathfinder philosophy in our professional and personal lives. The crux of the Network is the participants' own experiences and successes in integrating the Pathfinder philosophy.
The working method is structured so that you form part of a close dialogue with a small team of Pathfinders. At the same time you will have the opportunity to go into detail and discuss important tasks and issues with other Pathfinders.
Leadership Unlimited is the place where philosophy, energy and enthusiasm reach new heights.
Meetings and membership
Leadership Unlimited has a maximum of 40 places. You participate one year at a time, and you register for the following year on a first-come-first-served basis. The participants in Leadership Unlimited meet five times a year in inspiring surroundings around the country and at the participants’ own companies. Two of the events will run for 12 hours while at the other three events we will spend a whole 24-hour period together. All meetings are structured in such a way that you will benefit fully – even if you did not participate in the previous meeting.
Participants in Leadership Unlimited form part of teams which take turns to organise the meetings so that everyone gets a chance to act as host. Each team is responsible for organising one meeting a year. This is also a great opportunity to convert the Pathfinder philosophy into specific initiatives and actions that make sense to the other participants. Pathfinder coaches and partners contribute with proposals and help to create the framework for an inspiring learning environment. Leadership Unlimited is organised by a steering group comprising Pathfinders and Christer Zäll. The steering group has the overall responsibility for organising the meetings – in close coordination with each team, of course.
In Leadership Unlimited each person contributes with the best they can – in an atmosphere of mutual respect, confidence and trust.
