The Captains' Network is for all Pathfinders who work with the strategic development of their company. This is where CEOs and strategic managers from widely different organisations get together to share their visions and their insight. The ultimate purpose is to get an insight into which sources within ourselves we draw on when we are most successful. The crux of the network is how we can create an effect, which by means of a proactive mindset, satisfied staff, shared understanding of visions and objectives, leads to impressive results for the company and for you as a manager.
A distinctive learning environment The Pathfinder Captains' Network is a confidential forum where strategic managers meet to share ideas, think new thoughts, inspire and be inspired, and turn words into actions. The meetings are convened by Lasse Zäll, who creates the framework for an exciting learning environment, in which theory, method and participants experiences are brought into play. We have seen on numerous occasions how extremely fruitful the dividends can be when Pathfinders get together – candid, amicable dialogue begins after a very few minutes in an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect and confidentiality.
The Captains' Network is open to Pathfinders who have strategic managerial responsibilities. As a member of the network you will be invited to five or six meetings a year. You can participate whenever suits you best – when the spirit, urge and demand for inspiration from Pathfinder and other Pathfinders emerge. Each meeting has a theme, which creates a red thread throughout. The content, location, price and duration of the meetings varies – from compact inspirational sessions to full-day meetings and excursions lasting several days. In order to facilitate confidentiality during the meetings, only a limited number of participants can attend each meeting.
