In November, Pathfinder Jens Viktor Nørgaard celebrated his 50th birthday. On this occasion, Børsen published a portrait of the Pathfinder’s career in its People & Culture section.

Jens Viktor, who for the third time is employed with patent agency Høiberg A/S, says about his career: “When you start learning from management guru Lasse Zäll on the Pathfinder programme, you clarify what it is you want. If you are married to the right person and if you are in the right job, you are convinced to stay put. If not, you will get divorced or find a new job. The programme trains you to strive for what you want."

It was during his participation in the Pathfinder programme that Jens Viktor Nørgaard became convinced that he wanted to return to the patent agency. Before the Pathfinder was employed with Høiberg A/S for the third time, he had worked as a patent advisor at Symphogen, a Pathfinder biotech company.
