By now, the Pathfinder Programme has demonstrated its value and effect, and we have great confidence in the basic thinking that we have built into our courses. But we grow our courses all the time to ensure that newly hatched Pathfinders go back to their everyday working lives with as large a range of creative and productive tools at their disposal as possible.

The challenges facing business leaders change all the time – and sometimes they change a great deal. At Pathfinder, we will now be concentrating on building up high performance teams which we see as an important management tool in a globalised world. The Pathfinder Programme will now increasingly focus on how to equip business leaders and managers to put together high performance teams.

We have also prepared a small training programme which will be incorporated in the Pathfinder Programme and which we are working on being able to introduce to qualified Pathfinders.
