Lotte Christina Breengaard had to try out the Pathfinder programme before she found out she wanted to become a top manager herself and test her ideals about leadership.

Today, the former hardcore project manager focusing on time and goals is a managing director responsible for 40 employees at the consultancy firm Bascons in Copenhagen. Now the most important thing for Lotte Christina Breengaard is: presence, dialogue and direction. Focusing on both the goal and the process. Empathy for the employees, to get a sense of who they are and to give them the space to do things their own way.
In a fantastic interview in Managers – the Magazine about Managers and Management Lotte Christina Breengaard explains that she took part in the Pathfinder programme in 2001. “Something happened. Now I realise that that course simply changed my life. One of the other participants said to me: ‘Lotte, you can do whatever you want, but what is it that you really want?’” Read the interview and find out more about what Lotte decided and how she got to where she is today.
