Pharmacy inspired by Pathfinder is Denmark´s best small workplace 2010.

The Pathfinder company Albertslund Pharmacy has been voted Denmark’s best small workplace 2010. The award ceremony took place in the evening on Thursday 18 November at Axelborg in Copenhagen where Pathfinder and pharmacist Vinnie Krogh and his happy and festively dressed staff received the award.



The pharmacy participated in a survey by the Great Place to Work Institute which analyses and chooses the best workplaces in Denmark.

All employees answered a questionnaire with questions about the following areas: respect, credibility, fairness, pride and sense of community. The assessment also included a profile of the pharmacy's culture characterised by diversity, efficient management, low levels of absence due to illness, skills development initiatives and good communication.
Albertslund and Vallensbæk Pharmacies were also voted Denmark’s (second) best small workplace in 2009.

Among the participating companies in the category of 20-49 employees in which Albertslund Pharmacy won this year were Rehfeld, Komplex IT, Dwarf, Knowledge Cube and Lodam Electronics.
