100 Beyond - no more than new 100 Pathfinders a year

At Pathfinder we have determined that, with effect from 2011, we will train no more than 100 new Pathfinders each year. We believe that this will boost efficiency and make the Pathfinder Programme even better and more effective for the individual participant.

The Pathfinder Programme has now existed for 18 years. We strive consistently to tighten up, fine-tune and innovate and it is important to us that we can see and experience how an excellent training course can become even better.

We have now decided to limit the number of places on the three modules of the Pathfinder training. We believe that this will amplify the effects and results of the Pathfinder Programme for participants – and for us as tutors.

For the future, the Pathfinder diary will include the following: Module 1 of the training course will take place four times a year. There will also be one international module, where the course will be taught in English at a level to suit non-native speakers of the language, so that participants from Denmark and foreign countries can inspire each other and benefit from cultural exchange. Module 2 will also be held four times a year.

In Module 3, where intensity is imperative, we will limit the number of participants to 16-18 and increase the number of modules so that we achieve our goal: 100 new Pathfinders by the end of the year.
