Coaches - Lothar Friis, Coach

Bookmark and Share
Lothar Friis turns theory into practice. He implements Pathfinder thinking for companies, leaving behind him highly motivated teams with the will and ability to deliver results.

For many years, Lothar Friis has specialised in team processes based on “Action Learning”.
In Pathfinder contexts, these processes often unfold in cooperation with head coach head coach Lasse Zäll. They establish the foundation for new insight on the part of the participants - for example through storytelling and introductions to new advances in team building, brain research and cognition theory. Lothar’s training results in the participants not only feeling like a team but also acquire the ability to function as a high-performance team that delivers peak performance.
At companies with a Pathfinder background, Lothar involves the general management in the role of active coaches in the team process. He has done so with tremendous success at, among others, KMD and Bendt Brandt.

Action-based learning
As an individual, Lothar possesses a high degree of integrity, natural authority and candour. He is a fiery soul, the height of whose ambition it is for a team to perform at its very best time after time. His approach to the team - individuals as well as the group - is simple but powerful exercises and inspiration taken, for example, from experience-based learning systems.
Shared experiences, observations, reflection and new experimental actions are vital ingredients from which one can learn in such a way that they are anchored within the team and become its new practice.
