For three decades Lasse Zäll has coached hundreds of leaders – primarily from the business community, but also from the world of sports, the public sector, and the cultural arena. Lasse has had great influence on developmental projects and turnarounds in a number of trend-setting Danish companies. Lasse was the first Dane who embraced the challenge of coaching elite sports people on a serious level. He was also the pioneer who introduced methods such as visualisation, high performance, and proactive planning from the world of sports into the business world.
1st of May 1998 Lasse went into partnership with Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, LEGO’s owner and manager. He established his own company and named it Stifinder - Pathfinder A/S (Ltd.). The company’s ambition is to be a sparring partner for people and companies who dare enter into a process of development involving untraditional and efficient methods.
From 1st of October 2010 the company is co-owned by Lasse Zäll and his eldest son Christer Gaardmand Zäll.
Lasse Zäll has a great ability to develop people who attend his courses. His methods are a synthesis of the best elements from the fields in which he has shared his knowledge and experience.
