Christer has been closely associated with Pathfinder for 10 years and has great insight into the Pathfinder programme and the company’s range of customised leadership development courses and strategy seminars. Christer has worked with Novo Nordisk, SEAS-NVE, Symphogen, KMD and is responsible for Pharmakon’s leadership development programme for pharmacists.



Christer has focused strongly on the practical implementation and execution of the Pathfinder philosophy. As a previous employee at the biotech and Pathfinder company Symphogen, Christer has worked intensively on disseminating the Pathfinder concept – from board level to grassroots.  

In addition to his work as a coach, Christer is responsible for Pathfinder’s networking activities in building and strengthening relationships between the many Pathfinders actively working with the Pathfinder philosophy in their respective companies and organisations.

Together with Lothar Friis, Christer is Pathfinder’s Copenhagen office, Pathfinder East. Christer has an MA in Communication and Danish (literature and media) from Roskilde University. He is also certified in the use of the HBDI profile from the Hermann International Institute.
