Pathfinder works with personal and strategic coaching of individuals, teams, boards and organisations. We are 3 coaches at Pathfinder: Lasse Zäll, Lothar Friis and Christer Gaardmand Zäll.
We coach individuals, teams and organisations, who wish to develop their ability to reach ambitious goals. We coach people – top leaders, middle leaders and project leaders to see opportunities instead of limitations and to dare to seek new paradigms and start creating the future, they wish for. We coach management teams and executive boards to become well-functioning high-performance teams: Establishing and maintaining integrity, honesty, common goals, and commitment to the chosen direction. As coaches we seek to be:
- courageous, daring to challenge and be ruthlessly honest whenever necessary
- humble, trying to understand and encounter people at the point they are at – with great respect for the individual and the company
- individualists and team players – can do it him/herself but knows that in unison we may move mountains
- make a difference, make the winds blow
- capable of setting a good example
