Pathfinder Enforce is a three-day development programme, full of inspiration, personal challenges and surprising lessons. The focus is on your personal development and how to create high performance teams. These areas of focus go hand in hand. The stronger you are in your personal leadership, the better you are at giving and taking space in your team, so you can all achieve your highest goals.

The programme concentrates on you and your desire to strengthen your power to take responsibility – both for your work and for your personal life. If there are pathfinders in your organisation, Pathfinder Trails will help you detect them and increase your understanding of how they can be used. The purpose of Pathfinder Enforce is twofold. On one hand it will provide you with the basis for the recognition and learning processes involved in developing Personal Leadership in every aspect of your life. On the other hand it will provide you with the insight and resources required for creating, and being a part of, high performance teams.
