Programme 2010/2011

Meeting # 016
The Game Of Commitment
Date: 20-21 September 2011 at 10 am – 10 am.
Location: Houens Odde near Kolding.
Organiser: Flying Geese and Team 2.

This 24-hour meeting will be about your commitment to yourself and your team. We will work in teams and we will test and challenge ourselves and each other. Are you able with your team to become a High Performance Team at the first meeting of the year? This meeting will be held in a forest so Mother Nature will provide the framework. It is also a meeting where you will be given the opportunity to extend your comfort zone. ‘The Sky is not the Limit’ – and it will all be full steam ahead. We are going to have fun, and you will get to know each other really well. Commitment, reflection and awareness will be key and will be important elements in our development as human beings.

Meeting # 017
Deep Listening
Date: 17 November at 10 am – 10 pm.
Location: Somewhere on Zealand.
Organiser: Synergizer.

Most people think they are good listeners – but that is often far from being the case. At least not at a level that takes the narrator any deeper into his or her narrative. Down to where the conversation starts to become really interesting. Down to where what is really going on is revealed. We are talking here about the concept of ‘deep listening’ where the listener in a condition of complete presence involving eye contact, pauses, sincerity and first and foremost silence lets the narrator open up to deeper levels. This sends the conversation on a journey that may bring things to the surface that have perhaps never before been told. At this 12-hour meeting you will play the role of narrator, observer and listener. Excellent preparation for the meeting is reading Time To Think by Nancy Kline which is one of the best books available on the subject.

Meeting # 018
Who am I?
Date: 24 January at 10 am – 10 pm.
Location: Skuespilhuset, Copenhagen.
Organiser: Oz.

If you want to be perceived as a good leader, it is important that you are not just able to lead, but also to exude leadership. Our charisma means just as much to how we are perceived as our actions do. Do you have the courage to see yourself through the eyes of others when the hot seat is centre stage? Will you convince the others? At this meeting you will get no-nonsense feedback on your own ‘role’ and charisma. We find inspiration in simple techniques that strengthen our communication, and we learn actively to develop our personal impact. Test your outer warrior!

Meeting # 019
Confront Your Fear, Part 2.
Date: 12-13 April 2012 at 10 am – 10 pm.
Location: Pionergården, Kalundborg.
Organiser: Flying On The Edge

“Admit your fear - and it will set your ass free!” – quote Hawk. It is not as easy in practice. Even Harry Potter with his gifts of magic had to practise the Expecto Patronum spell that could drive away evil. We want to put words to our inner ‘boggart’ – cf. the same story – the creature that sits so oppresively deep within us until it manifests itself as our worst nightmare. Only when we have looked our ‘boggart’ in the eye, will we be able to conquer it. Hawk will create the magical space where we will create – together and separately – new energy for our power and warrior conduct.
PS: For non-Harry Potter fans: “A boggart is a shape-shifting creature that takes on the form of the viewer’s worst fear.”

Meeting # 020
Nature Quest
Date: 19-20 June 2012 at 10 am – 10 pm.
Location: South Samsø.
Organiser: De fem fede.

At this meeting we will work with our inner navigator – because what happens when we take a day out of our calendar and switch off the daily stream of media and information and listen for new impulses which are otherwise drowned out by our everyday lives? You can look forward to 24 hours in the beautiful and unspoiled natural surroundings of Samsø:
“After some time in Nature, the petty stuff starts to fall away – the worries and the pent-upness, and you drop into a deeper place. A place that is truly you – your essence. This is a place where you can view the world with detachment, where your true feelings come to the fore, where what matters in life and what is really important to do become clear. Nature makes this happen naturally. And when you come out, you are renewed. Fresh, at peace, full of vigour, and ready for life.” - W. Brian Arthur

DKK 15,000 + VAT for participation in 5 annual meetings (including facilitation, accommodation and food).
Location will be announced before each meeting.
