Michèle Gundstrup 
Michèle has great experience in the field of management and organisational development; In NNE Pharmaplan A/S she heads the unit dedicated to building management standards for project management and to utilising the Pathfinder concept for a more forward-looking way of dealing with projects. Michèle is attached to Pathfinder for selected assignments.
Besides building HR functions adapted to company challenges, personal inspiration, coaching, and sparring, Michèle works with processes of change in the organisation: Designing and implementing major organisational changes (experience with a restructuring process involving among others 1.800 production employees at Novo Nordisk). And sparring with and inspiring managers with regard to actions, communication, the managers’ role as the motivating force in change, dependencies, necessary cultural changes, etc.
Michèle designs and facilitates workshops and seminars to provide the optimum benefit with regard to the time invested. She coaches managers in the planning of seminars, conferences, etc., to obtain the best possible process with regard to the goals of the seminars. And she processes the building and implementing goal-oriented management training.
Michèle identifies critical employee and organisational parameters with regard to realising the business goals of given projects. She creates the strategy and action plans to attain the necessary employee and organisational goals of given projects. She builds and trains project management teams. She coaches project managers with regard to strengthening their leadership, motivating and engaging the project team and its role in relation to project culture. And she plans and facilitates kick-off seminars, project meetings, critical pit-stop meetings etc.
Michèle is certified in the personality tests MBTI/JTI and MBTI Team Compass, in the brain dominance tool HBDI, as well as in the testing tool OPQ32.
Michèle has a Master degree in Engineering, M.Sc.Chem.Eng., from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU, 1991). On top of that she has fullfilled several further education in Management, Leadership and Organisational psychology. She became a Pathfinder in 1998 and in 2003 she participated in Natural Leadership.
