Pathfinder collaborates with COK, the Danish public sector competency development centre, with the purpose of spreading the Pathfinder mind set to municipal and other public sector executives, of whom several are already Pathfinders.
The collaboration essentially came about because both parties believe that municipal and private sector executives have a lot to learn from each other.
About COKCOK's purpose, as a nation-wide centre for public sector competency development, is to underpin municipal operations and development by means of activities which lead to new and useful knowledge, improved skills, the exchange of experiences, inspiration and experiences in the individual municipalities as well as across municipal boundaries, party-political differences and staff groups.
COK has a holistic, appreciative and practice-oriented approach to incoming assignments. COK bases its work on the conviction that it is important to involve people at all relevant organisational levels and to have an eye for the practical relationships whch arise in all directions between people in everyday life. COK attaches great importance to quality throughout the entire process - from initial contact and qualification of the client's wishes, through facilitation to implementation in the day-to-day practices of the organisation concerned.
