Pathfinder’s vision is to inspire leaders to explore and challenge their personal leadership skills, with a view to finding new and more effective leadership forms.
We are convinced that there is always something else out there, waiting to be discovered. And this also applies to personal leadership. This explains why we at Pathfinder devote time and effort in examining what constitutes leadership at its very best. Our interest extends beyond the boundaries of traditional business leadership. We look to any sphere where we find good and effective leadership – in culture, elitist sports, design, scientific research, etc.

We strive to constantly challenge and develop ourselves, our business and our products and services – to the benefit of our clients. We seek continually to go even deeper into the essence of the Pathfinder philosophy: existence and leadership.
