The coach assistants at Pathfinder are exceptionally good at documenting processes while they are in progress.
During all Pathfinder's programmes and seminars they assist with their special skills in process documentation. They produce material to the participants, which retells - in words, pictures, models, theories, literature - and link references - the learning process, which the participants have been through. Day by day. Module by module.
